Terms of Service
Pet Health:
- You confirm your pet is fit, well and up to date with vaccinations.
- You agree to inform us of any health concerns prior to your appointment.
- We are not liable for any underlying health or skin conditions that may be exposed during the grooming process.
- We ask your dog has relieved themself before their visit.
- We are happy to use medicated shampoos or apply any product your vet has supplied.
Matting Policy:
- If your dog has matting that cannot be safely removed or brushed out, without causing distress, we may need to clip it close to the skin in order to remove the matted hair, in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act 2006. Additional charges may apply.
Temperament and Aggression Policy:
- If your dog exhibits aggressive behaviour, they may be muzzled for safety reasons.
- In extreme circumstances, the grooming session may be terminated.
- The full grooming fee will be charged in these cases.
- You agree to promptly inform us of any changes in your dog's temperament.
Flea Policy:
- Please ensure your dog receives regular flea treatments.
- A £20 fee will be added for insecticidal shampoo and additional cleaning if fleas are discovered during grooming.

Payment and Pricing:
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash and bank transfers.
- We reserve the right to adjust our prices and service offerings; any changes will be communicated via our website Groom329.co.uk and in salon.
Collection & Drop Off:
- Please be punctual for your appointments.
- While we understand that unforeseen delays can occur, be mindful that your dog may need to be placed in a crate if the next appointment arrives before your dog is collected.
Data Protection:
- All customer data is confidential and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with current GDPR regulations.
Social Media Policy:
- We may photograph and/or film your dog during grooming for promotional purposes on social media.
- If you do not wish for your dog to be photographed/filmed in this manner, please notify us in advance.
Cancellation:
- As a courtesy, please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Insurance:
- Groom 329 has full public liability insurance to provide you with peace of mind.
